I graduated from Iowa Western Community College in My 2023 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Media Studies: Radio.

PSA

Here’s a PSA for Family Housing and Advisory Services. I provided the voice for this and the rest was completed by River staff.

Here is a promotional piece I made for The River for a class project.

Radio Promotions

We got to attend promotional events with River staff and help promote the event and interact with customers.

My favorite promotional events we did were the River Bowling League on Monday nights at Maplewood Lanes in Omaha.

Radio Sales

I sold a River Holiday Phone-A-Thon ad package to Superior Stage Services. I also provided the voice for the spot.

River Promotional Piece

We were tasked with creating a promotional piece for The River. I chose to do a PDF highlighting the community aspects of the station.

NTR Proposal

We were also tasked with creating a proposal for non-traditional revenue. I described my ideas for a River podcast which could garner more advertisers.

Audio Production

I am proficient in Adobe Audition and am familiar with Magix Acid Studio, Sound forge, and Music Maker. I love using tools such as Adobe Audition to build works of audio art that double as spots, podcasts, and more! I love producing beautiful audio pieces. Songs, compositions, spots, promos, PSAs, imaging… it’s all art to me. Need some audio production work for your spot, PSA, or podcast? Get at me!

The next major update of this site will include a new more user friendly Music Calendar and a weekly front page Blog. These will involve me learning more about JS, Node.js, and JSON.

I'm really looking forward to getting those updates done as I have even bigger ideas in mind for a new web application where I'll use more Node.JS and some React!
